Start with clean, smooth lips. Sharpen the pencil to your desired level of precision, then outline the natural lip line using small, controlled strokes. Begin at the cupid’s bow and work toward the outer corners for balanced definition.
For a fuller-looking lip, slightly overline only the center areas of the top and bottom lip, then connect back to your natural lip line at the corners. To help extend the wear of your lip color, fill in the entire lip with liner before applying lipstick, gloss, balm, or lip stain.
