Q: Do you ship to Florida residents?
A: Unfortunately, we do accept online orders from Florida residents; but, we're happy to assist you with finding a retailer in your vicinity ... Just ask. =)


Q: Do you ship to Hawaii/Alaska?
A: Yes; at no additional cost to you.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: While Palladio is sold worldwide, our facility only ships to the United States and Canada. International residents may purchase Palladio products from any of the following web retailers: DiscountBeautyCenter.com, BeautyNaturals.com, or MakeupGeek.com.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Shipping rates are as follows:

Q: How long before I receive my order?
A: All orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, usually within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information enclosed. As our office is located in Florida, delivery times vary; but all packages are generally received within 5 business days.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our company only accepts returned goods that are unopened and in their original condition. The merchandise must be returned to our office no more than 30 days from the original purchase date. If your products meet this criteria, we will be happy exchange (not refund) them for you. (Buyers must pay any/all return shipping charges. Closeout sales are final and ineligible for returns/exchanges.) 
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE MADE ON ITEMS PURCHASED AT WWW.PALLADIOBEAUTY.COM. Items purchased from any other store or website will not be returned or exchanged.

Q: Is my credit card transaction secure?
A: Yes! Palladio Beauty Group is a verified Authorize.net merchant. Q: Where can I find product ingredients?
A: A complete list ingredients for each category (lipstick, lip gloss, etc.) can be found in the image section of that category's page on our website. Ingredients are also printed on the outer, clear packaging of every individual item.


Q: Do Palladio products contain gluten?

A: Most of our products are gluten free in their composition. However, the machinery used during the filling process also runs other items which may contain the ingredient, and therefore, if you have issues with gluten we advise you not to use our cosmetics.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Yes! Everyone at Palladio Beauty Group strongly opposes animal testing, thus all Palladio cosmetics are tested solely on human volunteers from our office staff. Furthermore, we strive to do business with suppliers and manufacturers that uphold the same ideals and values in regards to this issue.


Q: Am I able to test your products before buying?
A: Sure. Many Palladio displays feature testers for nearly every product we manufacture and we'll happily assist you with finding a store location in your vicinity--just ask.


Q: I host a beauty blog/Youtube channel on which I post cosmetic reviews and tutorials ... Would Palladio like to sponsor me with some free products?
A: Social media has become one of today's standard and most effective advertising methods; and our company has sponsored many bloggers and Youtube gurus in the recent years (such as MakeupGeek.com, CarahAmelie03eleventhgorgeousemilynoel83 of Beauty Broadcast, stillGLAMOURUS, makeupbyrenrenmacface2adore and SHINE Beauty Beacon to name a few.) However, due to the sudden, massive increase in "cosmetic critics" and requests for free merchandise, we have been forced to limit our generosity to those with at least 3,000 blog followers or 10,000 channel subscribers. (This is, after all, a marketing strategy, which means the ultimate goal is to spread the Palladio brand name to as many people as possible.)

Providing you meet this initial requirement, we will be happy to consider you for sponsorship. Simply email a screen shot of your total supporter count (or a link to your webpage, if the number is listed) along with your full name, address and telephone number to: Rachel@PalladioBeauty.com. IN ORDER FOR US TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY, YOUR EMAIL MUST COME FROM THE ADDRESS LINKED TO/LISTED ON YOUR WEBPAGE. (Not all blogs/channels will be approved.)

Q: How do I become a Palladio retailer/distributor?
A: We are unable to release wholesale information and pricing without first validating your company. Please send an email with all of the following details to Rachel@PalladioBeauty.com:
