Shipping/Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE

Online orders with different shipping and billing addresses cannot be processed.  The shipping and billing address must be the same for order to be completed.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following business day.

Shipping insurance is optional, yet recommended. Palladio Beauty Group does not accept responsibility and does not reimburse for lost or stolen packages that have left our facility, UNLESS INSURANCE HAS BEEN PURCHASED.

COMPLIMENTARY

Complimentary (or, "free") shipping will automatically become an available "Shipping Method" for any order that totals $25.00 or more (after discounts). Packages travel via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight.

Expedited shipping and insurance are not included.


RETURNS

We, at Palladio Beauty Group, are committed to providing our customers with the highest-quality of affordable cosmetics, and we proudly guarantee every product we sell. If you are unhappy with any item purchased from our online store, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will gladly exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value -- no questions asked and no receipt required. (All sales are non-refundable.)

If you wish to return any product(s) from your online order, within 30 days of the purchase date, print and complete our Return/Exchange Form and place it inside the return package along with the unwanted items. Make sure all information is printed clearly and legibly, and mail package to:

To protect your package from loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend using a shipping service which provides accurate and up-to-date tracking information. Please retain all shipping receipts and a copy of this form for your records. Palladio Beauty Group is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Additionally, refunds are not given for gaps in cost between exchanged products.


Products may not be exchanged for items of higher value.


IMPORTANT

Exchanges will ONLY be granted on items purchased from www.PalladioBeauty.com. Returned items purchased from any other store or website will be automatically discarded at Customer’s expense.
Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be automatically discarded at Customer’s expense.
Clearance/closeout sales are final and are not applicable for exchange.
Palladio Beauty Group reserves the right to discard any item(s) returned that do not meet the above criteria, without notice to Customer. Customers will not be reimbursed for discarded items.
