Using an angle liner brush, apply gel liner along the lash line to create your preferred look, from a thin, precise line to a bold, dramatic stroke.

Pro-Tip:

-Dip the tip of the Angle Liner Brush (sold separately) into Liner Obsessed Gel Eyeliner, being sure to coat both sides of the brush.

-Wipe off any excess on a tissue.

-Working quickly, apply liner in short, even strokes close to the lash line—from the inner to the outer eye corner.
