A: Yes; at no additional cost to you.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: While Palladio is sold worldwide, our facility only ships to the United States and Canada. International residents may purchase Palladio products from any of the following web retailers: DiscountBeautyCenter.com, BeautyNaturals.com, or CherryCulture.com.
Q: How long before I receive my order?
A: All orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, usually within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information enclosed. As our office is located in Florida, delivery times vary; but all packages are generally received within 5 business days.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We, at Palladio Beauty Group, are committed to providing our customers with the highest-quality of affordable cosmetics, and we proudly guarantee every product we sell. If you are unhappy with any item purchased from our online store, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will gladly exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value -- no questions asked and no receipt required. (All sales are non-refundable; buyers are responsible for any/all return shipping charges. Closeout sales are final and ineligible for returns/exchanges.)

Q: Where can I find product ingredients?
A: A complete list ingredients for each category (lipstick, lip gloss, etc.) can be found in the image section of that category's page on our website. Ingredients are also printed on the outer, clear packaging of every individual item.
Q: Do Palladio products contain gluten?
A: Most of our products are gluten free in their composition. However, the machinery used during the filling process also runs other items which may contain the ingredient, and therefore, if you have issues with gluten we advise you not to use our cosmetics.
Q: Am I able to test your products before buying?
A: Sure. Many Palladio displays feature testers for nearly every product we manufacture and we'll happily assist you with finding a store location in your vicinity--just ask.
Q: I host a beauty blog/Youtube channel on which I post cosmetic reviews and tutorials ... Would Palladio like to sponsor me with some free products?
