A: Yes, we ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, at no additional cost to you.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: While Palladio is sold worldwide, our facility only ships to the United States and Canada at this time. International residents may purchase Palladio products from our beauty store on Amazon.com.
Q: How long before I receive my order?
A: All orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, usually within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information enclosed. As our office is located in Florida, delivery times vary, but all packages are generally received within 5 business days. More information on shipping can be found here.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: At Palladio Beauty, we’re committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of affordable cosmetics, and we proudly guarantee every product we sell. If you are unhappy with any item purchased from our online store, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will gladly exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value — no questions asked and no receipt required. (All sales are nonrefundable; buyers are responsible for any/all return shipping charges. Closeout sales are final and ineligible for returns/exchanges.)

A: Most of our products are gluten-free in their composition. We have a dedicated page for gluten-free items on our site. We also encourage you to look for the gluten-free icon that identifies gluten-free items across the site.

A: No, we do not test any of our ingredients or finished products on animals.
