Its so creamy and smooth but once it dries, it doesnt smudge on prepped eyes, that may not sound shocking to some but let me tell you my lids are so oil, liner pens always flake off after an hour but this, this is the first liner that stays where i put it on and it stays where it was put:) it is a tuny bit hard to get off, just need a really good oil cleaner or eye makeup remover"

This is it! I hate shiny eyeliner and matte blacks are hard to come by these days. It applied so smoothly and stayed put until I took it off. It didn't smudge at all and outlasted any other gel eyeliners on the market. My only wish would be..... for it to come in different colors. Navy blue would be AWESOME!"
