Define, Shape, and Fill

Twist up the pencil slightly and trace along the natural edge of your lips using short, light strokes. Start at the cupid’s bow, define the center of the lower lip, then connect the corners for a clean, balanced shape.

For longer-lasting lip color, fill in the entire lip with liner before applying lipstick, lip gloss, lip stain, or lip balm. Twist the pencil back down after use to protect the tip.

Pro Tip: To create a fuller-looking lip shape, slightly overline only the center of the cupid’s bow and the center of the lower lip, then follow your natural lip line at the corners for the most natural-looking effect.
