Thought it was a fluke that I had received the wrong stuff so then went directly to the Palladio website to order more. Really sad to say it was not a fluke. The formula has changed and even though it says it is the same color it is also not. Absolutely so bummed can not even say. I really LOVED this stuff. Not anymore. Now I am in search of a new better quality lipstick. I will have to say though, that I did also try out a new lip liner and I did like that a lot. Will be using the lip liner but unfortunately not the lipstick any longer. I do not understand why companies take a perfectly great product and ruin it? For what for the company to save money. I would have paid more for this lipstick."
"I have been using this lipstick for over 10 years, including the same color. I recently ran out and was looking to restock. I went to Amazon and bought some more. Thinking it was a fluke and I had got a fake version, I went directly to the website to purchase it. Sad to say, it was the same. They have changed the formula(if I am guessing to save money and increase company profit). I DO NOT like the new formula at all. In fact I think it is horrible and the color is not even the same. The quality is no where near what it use to be. I am soooo bummed. I really loved this lipstick and I would have paid a couple dollars more for it, if they had kept the quality and the product the same. Why fix it, if it isn't broke. Sad day. They have lost a loyal customer. But, I will say, I did try a lip liner from them and I did like it. So may be buying it on occasion. I will not pay shipping on a lip liner so that may stop me from ordering it in the long run."
